KTM Red Bull Racer Taddy Blazusiak continued his wild winning streak, with his fourth consecutive win of the seven race Geico/AMA Endurocross Series at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California. Taddy has proved to be the King of Endurocross, both in America and overseas, at events such as the legendary Erzberg Rodeo Endurance contest held in Austria. Which, he incidentally, has won an amazing five times straight! That event, known as one of the toughest in the world, includes a legendary Carl's Diner sheer rock hill climb, that has to be seen to be believed.
Taddy on the last corner before the finish.
Taddy is a native Polish born racer, who originally got into trials riding for fun and recreation. He entered the infamous Erzberg Rodeo as a lark, and KTM was so impressed with him, that they immediately signed him up to a factory ride. He proved their confidence was spot-on, as he won the event, his first time out, and continued doing so for the last five years.
This mild-mannered, 28 year old, quiet Polish racer, has dominated American Endurocross, so much so, that no other single rider has been able to win more than three events total. Taddy has won 13 AMA Endurocross races in a short three year time frame. He also won the inaugural X-Games for 2011, in the Enduro-X competition, his first time out. Seems to be a recurrent theme of his, doesn't it? There is little doubt that Taddy Blazusiak is one of the best, most talented, and toughest off road racers on the planet. That my friend, is no small feat.
