National Dual Sport Series, this event is sanctioned by the AMA and held at the gateway to Yo- semite National Park. The event starts out of the tiny mountain community of Buck Meadows, California. It is a two day, GPS based, self-guided adventure ride, that includes some of the most scenic & historic destina- tions in and around Yosemite National Park, including the Stanislaus National Forest area. Part Pavement / Part Trail The roads and trails are located mostly around the Yo- semite National Forest area, but the ride does go into the paved sections of Yosemite to observe some spectacular views of the Park. The various sections in- clude paved and unpaved roads with options of “hard” & “easy” splits, giving the riders approxi- mately 100 miles of fun explo- ration each day. All routes are approximately 85% dirt. The event is oper- ated under permit from the Stanislaus National Forest and caters to all street legal dual sport motorcycles. Have you ever had a hankering to just take off and park your dirt bike below some national monument and take a pic? The big bore Honda is up for that.
